The approach

    The company already ran Microsoft SQL Server, so Power BI synced with the existing database without adding complexity; cost-effective and easy for staff to use daily.

    Data cleaning was the largest challenge. A staging layer and ETL unified scattered data; reconciliation prioritised, daily cleaning made routine with client users.

  4. Delivered directly

    JBS delivered the engagement directly to the client rather than through a third-party partner, keeping the working relationship close throughout.

  5. On the ground in KSA

    The JBS team worked onsite with the company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, presenting the HR analytics dashboard directly to C-level stakeholders.
