JBS has achieved a top position in the "Women in C-Suite" category of the DEI Survey 2026, with women making up 36% of representation at that level.
The DEI Survey 2026, conducted by HR Metrics, draws on insights from 33 organisations across Pakistan. It assesses women's representation at four organisational levels, covering the board of directors and the C-Suite through to managerial and non-managerial roles, which gives the findings a view of where representation holds and where it thins out as seniority increases.
