The challenge
Scattered data. Manual reporting. Difficult reconciliation.
Financial and HR reporting relied on information gathered from disconnected sources. Preparing reports required manual work and reconciliation, making it difficult for leadership to access a consistent view of financial and workforce performance.
The company needed a connected reporting environment that could bring its data together and support clearer visibility across both functions.
What JBS delivered
A connected foundation for finance and HR reporting
JBS began by reviewing the company’s existing reporting templates and understanding the reports its teams needed. We started with financial analytics, followed by HR analytics.
Building on the company’s existing Microsoft environment, JBS implemented a centralized data warehouse, integrated ERP data flows, and developed interactive Power BI dashboards.
The team worked onsite in Saudi Arabia, collaborating with client users to clean and reconcile data before bringing it into the reporting environment.

Centralized data
A shared data warehouse bringing scattered information together.
Automated data flows
ERP integration supporting automated extraction, transformation and loading.
Interactive dashboards
Power BI reporting across finance and HR.
