Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to lead client engagement and drive account growth. This is a strategic and client-facing role, ideal for professionals with experience in technology consulting, enterprise solution selling, and account development.
You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while identifying new opportunities to create value and expand business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned enterprise clients
- Understand client needs and deliver customized technology consulting and implementation roadmaps
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion strategies
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to shape account strategy and solution alignment
- Annual Revenue Target: Achieve and grow a book of business as per assigned targets
- Opportunity Creation: Generate new qualified opportunities per quarter
- Client Retention: Maintain over 90% retention across assigned accounts
- Upsell/Cross-sell Revenue: Contribute from existing clients through solution expansion
- CSAT Score: Sustain a client satisfaction score of 8.5+/10
Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and business transformation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management, solution sales, or enterprise consulting
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and building senior client relationships
