Role Overview:

To design, implement, and optimize marketing automation journeys, email campaigns, and lead engagement processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot (Account Engagement), ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage campaigns, journeys, and automations in Pardot (Account Engagement) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop landing pages, forms, email templates, nurture campaigns, and lead scoring models.
  • Configure Automation Rules, Engagement Studio programs, Dynamic Lists, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize end-to-end lead management processes, including lead assignment, grading, and scoring.
  • Support marketing-to-sales alignment through lifecycle management (MQL → SQL).
  • Assist with API integrations, data sync, and connector troubleshooting between Marketing Cloud/Pardot and Sales Cloud.
  • Implement UTM tracking, reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics for campaigns.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance for emails, journeys, and automations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to translate requirements into optimized automation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and platform governance.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, Journeys, Segmentation, and Lead Scoring.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for creating responsive email templates.
  • Understanding of marketing automation fundamentals, lead lifecycle, and funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and platform connectors.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing alignment (Insurance domain experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot development.
  • Salesforce Pardot Specialist or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (preferred).
  • Experience working with lead management, scoring, and marketing automation processes.
  • Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
