This project successfully transitioned over 20,000 employees and 80 100 TB of critical data to a modern Microsoft Exchange platform, secured by Veritas archiving. Through rigorous governance and a strategic phased rollout, the project was delivered with zero critical downtime, ensuring regulatory certainty and enhancing the bank’s long-term operational resilience.
