Working at JBS I had three main goals; to learn, explore, and grow with the organization. I believe it’s very important for any individual to work in an organization that provides you the liberty to achieve all three. And I’m happy that JBS has been that platform that is facilitating all these goals.

I was already aware of JBS’ popularity as a people-centric organization, and this was a vital factor that made me choose JBS GradNest as soon as I left my university. Unlike the typical Pakistani organizations, JBS has no artificial boss-subordinate barriers; everyone is open about their work, very easily accessible and extremely receptive to new ideas.

I was very excited but simultaneously nervous too, considering that this was my first step in the corporate world. However, this nervousness evaporated within no time, as the team has been very welcoming.
