The Customer Care Center at JBS is established with the view to provide customers with the best service to keep their systems up and running.
Trained professionals of customer care center are equipped to gather key information and route communications to the relevant technical support engineer within an organization who addresses customer queries. All calls are logged using Customer Relationship Management Software.
Customer Care answers calls from 9.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
In case the extended hours’ service package is purchased, customers are provided with an additional contact number after office hours.
